McLaren Vale Beer Company to release Apple Cider.

Posted on by Nathan

South Australian brewer McLaren Vale Beer Company is releasing Dr Pilkington’s Miracle Cider this month using an “old school” label that is reminiscent of the miracle cures of days gone by it is paying homage too.

The new cider was created in conjunction with winemakers from Chapel Hill and enjoyed a very successful trial run to gauge market reaction.

Claiming everything from crisp true apple flavours with a refined acidic balance through to curing all sorts of ailments such as curing the “fear of cats” one can only hope this miracle tonic can live up to its claims.

Dr P’s will be available on tap nationally from mid-October and in 500mL bottles from selected outlets.

“Being a keen time traveller and purveyor or sensory partialities, it seems to me this is the beverage of the future. So refreshing and sophisticated. And so many miracle possibilities,” offers Dr Pilkington.
